We deliver care for people with mental health issues, vision and hearing impairments, disabilities, learning disabilities, alcohol dependency, Huntington’s disease, dementia and MS, as well as those who require stoma and catheter care, peg feeding, end of life support (Palliative care) and all those in need of social care.

We are responsive to the needs of those in our care, providing a flexible service that is tailored to the care requirements of our customers. This includes:

• 24hr care and support packages, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, provided in the customers home or place of residence, including live-in care where required, covering:

Domestic services: food preparation, cleaning and shopping

Personal care: washing, dressing and medications

• Home assistance and support covering daily and weekend visits, at an arranged frequency agreed with the customer
• Check-ins with customers, ensuring those in our care are safe, comfortable and taking their medication
• Escort service to support our customers with hospital visits, shopping and other social requirements

Working alongside the local authorities, community nursing team and all brokerages.

We also offer:
