A: Rates vary by role and location, but we offer competitive hourly pay, enhancements for weekend/night shifts, and paid mileage for community carers.
Q: Will I receive ongoing support and supervision?
A: Yes. Our supervisors check in regularly, offer coaching, and provide support whenever needed. You’re never on your own.
Training & Progression
Q: What training do I get as a new carer?
A: All new staff receive induction training covering safeguarding, moving & handling, first aid, infection control, and more. You’ll also complete your Care Certificate.
Q: Can I grow into senior roles or management?
A: Absolutely! We promote from within and offer clear pathways into roles like Senior Carer, Field Supervisor, and Office Coordinator. We also support Level 2–5 diplomas in Health & Social Care.
